This plan we have for you is a weekend detox plan that keeps the whole health perfect. It cleans vital organs inside like liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines and lymph too. It is consisted of meat, low fat items, fluids and potatoes too. Sounds good right? 2 times per year for just 10 days in a row you can practice this. But, if you prefer also for the weekend more times per year. The effect is amazing!
Use dandelion, birch and nettle tea too. for the best results, also consider workouts as often as you can (swim, gym, walk, run…).
Weekend detox plan:
Have 240 ml warm water after waking up before breakfast .
Saturday
Breakfast: warm water and 1 cup oat flakes with linseed 1 spoon, 200 ml low fat yoghurt OR almond milk, 250 ml green tea OR water, ½ cup fresh blueberries.
Lunch: 250 ml water, grilled hake 250 g, 2 cups salad (tomato, green veggies, arugula ), Swiss chard with potatoes and olive oil, melon 1 slice and small banana.
Snack: 250 ml water, ¼ cup pumpkin seed, plain yoghurt 180 ml.
Dinner: 250 ml water OR anise tea, pastry of integral flour, grilled tuna 150 g, ½ cup steamed veggies ( broccoli or spinach) 2 cups salad + lemon juice + olive oil.
Sunday
Again start off with water .
Breakfast: almond milk 200 ml OR diet yoghurt, 1 cup oat flakes and linseed 1 spoon and a pear. Drink green tea.
Lunch: 250 ml water, chicken breast 200 g (grilled), pickles 150 g, veggie soup (potato, beans, carrot, pepper, onion, celery), .
Dinner: carrot + beet salad, integral pastry, nettle tea,and lemon juice over it.
