  1. Ginger
Ginger contains inflammatory substances which offer you a relief sensation.
  • Massage the affected area with some ginger paste and eucalyptus oil.
  • Add several slices of ginger root in a bowl with water and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Before consumption, leave it chill and add some honey. Drink the tea twice a day.
